The final concert of the 2018 Vox Series sees Phaedra Ensemble explore ideas of place, nationhood and belonging through works inspired by the human voice.

Featuring a new commission for speaking string quartet by Antonia Barnett-McIntosh, Neil Luck’s take on the Japanese Vocaloid phenomenon, multimedia music theatre by Jamie Hamilton, string quartets with field recordings, and a new arrangement of O Superman.
